If you aren't ...I wouldn't hesitate to change OBs. If you aren't being heard, take your business elsewhere! I changed OBs in the last trimester. It was scary to make a change so late in the game, but I got tired of waiting for things to improve with the practice I was working with. I interviewed practices and found someone who really listened to me and agreed to all my requests.
